1. By making an order/purchase of products/services at the 99 Durian Supplies Apps, the customer has acknowledged and agreed to the Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Eligibility:

1. To place an order with 99 Durian Supplies Apps, you must be over eighteen (18) years of age.
2. Customers who are under eighteen years old will need a parent/legal guardian involvement.

Payment:

1. When making an order, the credit card used to make payment are of the same person who made purchase.
2. Customer has the authorization of the credit card owner should he/she are not the card holder when making payment.

Booking:

1. Minimum deposit of $20 (pre-owned) per item are required to secure your reservation.
2. Balance payment are to be made in cash term or bank transfer at Gadong branch during collection.
3. Deposit are not refundable or transferrable.
4. Maximum booking period is one (1) month upon deposit date.
5. Failure to collect within the booking period, deposit will be considered void.
6. Promotional price is not valid for booking purposes.

Pre-order:

1. Minimum deposit of $20 are required to proceed your order.
2. Deposits are not refundable or transferrable upon cancellation.
3. Balance payment are to be made in cash term or bank transfer at Gadong branch during collection.
4. Collection and full payment are to be made within the first week of order arrival, should he/she failed to collect within the time frame, the unit will be let go to other customers.

Promotion:

1. Promotions are subject to stock availability.
2. Items on promotions are not valid for booking.
3. 99 Durian Supplies reserves the right to change, alter, reject or cancel promotions at any time without notice.

Collection:

• All orders made via 99 Durian Supplies Apps can only be collected at Gadong branch.
